Two
of the awards were for DuluthStreams/stormwater efforts
- the media award to the whole group, and the Willard
Munger, Sr award for Government/Agency that went to Marnie Lonsdale,
the City of Duluth's Stormwater Coordinator, for her work in
expanding the City's program and DuluthStreams to create
the Regional
Stormwater Protection Team (RSPT) to encompass other municipalities
and institutions in the region that discharge stormwater.
Also honored at the ceremony were Dr. James Westman, Barb LaMourea,
Rosie Loeffler-Kemp, and
Mike Upthegrove and Hardware Hank Stores of Northwestern Wisconsin.
