Data courtesy of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) and the South St. Louis County Soil & Water Conservation District as part of the Knife River TMDL study.


Knife River Study Areas

These are the sites used for the continuous monitoring:

  1. Fishtrap (upstream end of DNR fishtrap)
  2. Nappa (Little West Branch ~100' downstream of Nappa Rd crossing)
  3. Culvert (Little East near intersection of Cty 11 and Cty 12)
  4. Airport (Main stem on upstream side of Airport Rd bridge)
